‘To Be Deter-mined / At Arms Length’ is a project of the Europen Union Assistance on Curbing Small Arms and Light Wapons in Cambodia (EU-ASAC) and the Cambodian National Volleyball League (Disabled) Organisation (CNVLD) in cooperation with Peace Art Cambodia (PAC).
